We run online job boards, reach out on social media and tap into our extensive network of industry contacts. Eventually, the candidates with the most promise get invited to one of our regular Discovery Days.

A Discovery Day is a face-to-face event designed to be engaging and fun, as well as an opportunity to meet and assess the best talent. If you’re invited, it will also be a great networking opportunity, too.

We run an intensive, 3-day bootcamp, covering prospecting, outreach, building a personal brand, cold calling and social selling. Afterwards, we provide ongoing virtual sales and life coaching.

We look for the right attitude, motivation and enthusiasm. We can sense those qualities. No certificate required.

It can vary but we aim to make it as efficient as possible, keeping you informed at every stage. Most of our placements are secured within 10 working days.

We certainly do. If you know someone who would be a great fit for a sales role, you can refer them to us. When your referral is successfully placed in a role, we will send you a whopping £500 as a thank you.
