The sequence of your success.
1. Pre-screening
A low-key 40 minute phone call to simply assess your interest, suitability and communication skills. The first hurdle.
2. Video intro
On camera, we’ll be trying to sense your commitment, motivation and enthusiasm. If we like what we see, following a psychometric test, it’s step 3.
3. Discovery Day
Time to meet others interested in B2B sales. You’ll prep and make a one minute pitch, take part in group tasks and learn about the Flourish DNA.
4. Selection
Everyone gets constructive feedback, not simply a pass or fail. If you’re cut out for sales, you’ll move on. If not, we’ll give you a helpful career pack.
5. Placement
Meet your new boss and discover your new role. And you’ll choose between the sales bootcamp with one-to-one coaching or the OFSTED Outstanding Apprentify apprenticeship.
6. Bootcamp
A 3-day, face-to-face programme in the first month of joining. Covering prospecting, outreach, building a personal brand, cold calling and social selling.
7. Coaching
6 virtual sales coaching events and access to a sales coach for 6-12 months. Plus access to support on physical and mental health and money management.
