The Flourish team is buzzing after an unforgettable night at the European Women in Sales Awards, where two of our own took home major honours, a moment that perfectly reflects what Flourish is all about: confidence, courage and women backing women. 

Our Flourish Winners 

Sarah Skelton – Sales Mentor of the Year 

Our Founder & MD, known to most as Skelly, was recognised as Sales Mentor of the Year, a testament to the years she’s spent lifting others up, championing women in male‑dominated spaces, and proving that sales success doesn’t require fitting a mould. Her impact reaches far beyond Flourish and this award celebrates the heart of what she’s built: a community where women can grow, thrive and truly belong. 

Sarah “Saz” James – Best Sales Newcomer 

Our very own Saz took home Best Woman Sales Newcomer, and we couldn’t be prouder. Her journey is everything Flourish stands for, stepping into the unknown, choosing courage over comfort, and proving that you don’t need years of experience to make your mark. Saz shows up with passion, curiosity and grit every single day, and this award is so well deserved. 

A Cross‑Group Celebration 

We were thrilled to attend the awards alongside our brilliant colleagues from the Apprentify Group, who also achieved incredible recognition on the night: 

  • Sophie Smith – Customer Service Director of the Year 
  • Lauren Rogers – Best Newcomer Finalist 
  • Portia Fletcher – Best in Business Development Finalist 
  • Melissa Hull – Best Sales Manager Finalist 

A huge well done to each of them; their achievements reflect the strength, talent and ambition across our wider group! 

The Women in Sales Awards exist to champion representation, challenge stereotypes and celebrate the women who are reshaping the industry. 

For Flourish, this night was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do: to help women step into their potential, build confidence and flourish in their careers, on their own terms.
