This isn’t a sink-or-swim sales environment; it’s a place where you’re guided, encouraged, and able to grow at pace.

What you’ll get:
  • £30,000 base salary + £15,000 OTE in year one
  • A supportive, nurturing environment built for developing talent
  • The chance to learn from a team of experienced, encouraging sales professionals
  • A Bristol-based role where your growth and confidence matter just as much as your results
  • Clear progression opportunities as you develop
What you’ll be doing:
  • Working closely with senior team members to understand the full sales process
  • Building strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Learning how to position consultative solutions that help businesses retrieve some of their funding
  • Taking part in calls, demos, and meetings with guidance and support
  • Gradually taking ownership of your own accounts as you grow in confidence
Who they’re looking for: You don’t need experience – just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Motivated, curious, and eager to develop new skills
  • A strong communicator who enjoys building rapport
  • Someone who thrives in a team environment and values collaboration
  • Driven, proactive, and excited by personal development
  • Someone who loves the idea of growing into a confident, capable AE
A refreshingly simple interview process: Instead of a long, drawn-out interview journey, you’ll attend a single, interactive, full-day session at the client’s London office. It’s hands-on, relaxed, and designed to help you get to know the team and the role – and for them to see your personality, potential, and enthusiasm.

If you’re ready to launch your career in a supportive team where your development truly comes first, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss.
