We have a dedicated team who work, flat out, researching and attracting fresh talent across the entire UK. Their efforts fuel the whole machine. After all, no talent, no Discovery Days, no interviews, no hirings. They are continuously monitoring how the current generation looks for opportunities to work. They’re on the same socials. They’re present at the same events. Simply put, they understand what motivates the best emerging talent and they know where to find it.

DISCOVERY DAYS.

SPOT, SELECT, SUCCEED.

On these special days, we gather people we think could be sales stars—but we’re not sure yet. Everyone meets and takes part in fun, practical exercises during the day, both solo and in teams. There’s also a short interview and some skills assessments. A Discovery Day helps us see if someone has the Flourish DNA. If they do, we send them to interviews. If not, we give them a career pack with other options.
